Submission Preparation Checklist
Before completing the submission, please confirm that:
- The manuscript fits the scope of the Journal of Applied Philosophy of Education, with a clear focus on applied philosophy, educational praxis, or ethical–pedagogical inquiry.
- The submission is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal.
- The manuscript file has been fully anonymized for double-blind peer review (no author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or self-identifying references).
- The manuscript is prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) and follows the journal’s formatting guidelines.
- Citations and references comply with APA 7th Edition and are provided in plain text
- An abstract (maximum 300 words) and 4–6 keywords are included.
- All tables and figures are embedded in the text, clearly titled, and properly referenced.
- An Ethics Statement is included where the study involves human or animal participants.
- AI usage, if applicable, is clearly disclosed in a section titled “AI Usage and Assistance.”
- All conflicts of interest and funding sources (if any) are fully disclosed.
- A Data Availability Statement is included, where applicable.
- All authors meet the journal’s authorship criteria and have approved the submitted version of the manuscript.
- All authors should acknowledge that manuscripts submitted in Turkish, if accepted, must be provided in English prior to publication, in accordance with the journal’s Language Policy.
Articles
This section is dedicated to original, peer-reviewed research articles that address philosophical problems, concepts, and practices in educational contexts. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process and are evaluated in terms of philosophical coherence, analytical depth, and ethical responsibility.
